Greg joined Pneutrol as a commissioning engineer in 1991 and worked through the various departments within the company before taking over as Managing Director in 2009. Greg is passionate about driving R&D within the company and rugby in his private life

Alastair joined Pneutrol as a software design engineer in 1990 and has been the driving force in the growth of the control system business and customer support.  He is passionate about travel and rugby.

Jordan has been with the company for over 18 years, working in each of the engineering departments he has gained extensive knowledge in all aspects of process control and automation.  Jordan is a keen golfer

Robert joined the company as a commissioning engineer in 2007.  As an IT expert he was quickly fast tracked into the management team.  Robert is passionate about motorsport.

Dr. Rong has been with the company for 10 years and is the head of R&D.  Chris completed his PhD in Software Science at Queens University Belfast.

Sarah joined the company in January 2025 as HR Manager. She has a Masters in HR and over 10 years’ experience. Most weekends she spends time with her family.  Sarah enjoys running, baking and coffee.

Gordon Rea manages the fleet of calibration engineers.  Gordon has extensive knowledge in concrete batching plant weigh systems and fleet organisation.

John joined the company in 2005 as a design engineer.  With his extensive electrical design and automation background he quickly progressing to the Component Sales Department. John overseas the day to day running of the Antrim  & Duleek Component Sales Teams

Charlene, joined the Pneutrol Admin Team in 2007.  Her focus and attention to detail, saw her progress through various departments, before becoming the Safety, Quality and Logistics Manager for the Pneutrol Group.

Donna joined the company in 2018 as a member of Pneutrol’s admin team. She has since progressed to Office Manager. In her spare time, Donna enjoys running with her local running club, Parkrun and is also an avid football fan.
